Description

Accepting challenges brings peace, solutions, happiness, and success. Resisting life’s challenges brings frustration, depression, anger, resentment and denial. These states of mind cause emotional paralysis preventing effective handling of challenges, and block joy. "What you resist will persist." Debbie shows examples of acceptance learned through her personal experiences of raising two children with multiple challenges and overcoming personal challenges.  Heather and Logan, who have also been diagnosed with high-functioning autism, will also talk.
